Are the Qashqai’s vent slats horizontal or vertical?

Horizontal on the centre vents. Vent clips must be horizontal-slat-compatible.

Do mild-hybrid and e-POWER Qashqai dashboards differ for mount fit?

No. Both powertrains share the same dashboard, vent layout and screen configuration.

Does the Qashqai have factory wireless charging?

Yes on N-Design, Tekna and Tekna+; not on Acenta Premium or N-Connecta.

Are pre- and post-facelift MY24 Qashqai dashboards different?

No. The MY24 facelift changed the nose and added digital gauges but did not touch the vent layout or centre-stack proportions.

One thing many buyers miss

The Qashqai’s centre console has a shelf-style upper deck below the touchscreen that includes the Qi charging pad on higher trims. It is a natural docking spot for a phone with a Qi mount, and cable routing from the USB-C ports underneath is neat. Many owners overlook this in favour of vent mounts and end up with a less tidy install.

  • Confirm your car is third-generation J12 (2021-onwards).
  • Vent clips must be horizontal-slat-compatible.
  • If N-Design or above, factory Qi charging is available.
