Do the 208 and e-208 share floor mats?
Yes. Both are on the CMP/e-CMP platform with the same front footwell, seat rails and retention hooks. The e-208 loses ~46 L of boot space to its battery but the passenger cabin is identical.
Do 208 mats fit the DS 3 or Vauxhall Corsa?
Same platform, but no. The Corsa and DS 3 share the CMP underpinnings and roughly the same cabin dimensions, but the retention hook pitch differs by roughly 20 mm - close enough to lie flat, far enough to sit unclipped.
Does the i-Cockpit compact steering wheel affect floor mat choice?
No, but it affects driver posture. The compact wheel encourages a lower seat position; drivers who slide the seat well forward for the small wheel end up with the driver’s mat further forward on its rails. That does not affect fit but it is a common surprise.
Are pre-facelift and 2023 facelift mats interchangeable?
Yes. The 2023 facelift changed the nose, headlights and infotainment but did not touch the floor pan.
One thing many buyers miss
The 208 has one of the smaller supermini boots (311 L petrol, 265 L e-208), so many owners fold the rear seats regularly. The 60/40 folding bench does not sit fully flat; there is a ~30 mm step. That is a boot-liner consideration, not a cabin mat one, but universal boot mats sized to “flat load bay” hang over the step.
How to check before ordering
- Confirm your car is the second-generation P21 (2019-onwards).
- Two round retention posts on driver’s side is the CMP pattern.
- Rear mat should be a one-piece with a shallow front kick-up.
