Do TCe petrol and E-Tech hybrid Clios share seat covers?
Yes. Battery packaging is under the boot floor; the front and rear seats are identical between the two powertrains. Any BJA-specific cover set fits both.
Do Sandero covers fit a Clio?
No. Same CMF-B platform, but the Clio’s front seat cushion is a few millimetres wider and headrest posts sit slightly further apart. Cross-fitting leaves visible edge gaps.
Are Esprit Alpine seats different from Techno?
Facing material differs (part-Alcantara on Esprit Alpine) but the underlying seat frame is the same. Cover fit is trim-agnostic within the Mk5 range.
Are all Clio front seats airbag-equipped?
Yes. Every BJA trim has front-seat side airbags in the outer bolsters. Airbag-compatible cover seams are mandatory.
One thing many buyers miss
